Chris Brown releases the official video for his latest single ‘New Flame’ featuring Usher and Rick Ross. Directed by Colin Tilley. This is off of his upcoming album ‘X’ in stores September 16th. He also announced that he will be hitting the road to go on tour with Trey Songz this fall.
