Drake decided to release his plans for OVO Fest, The annual concert is taken place August 3rd and 4th at the Molson Ampitheatre in Toronto. The first day will be headlined by Outkast and the second one will be headlined by Drake. As with every OVO Fest, expect a ton of surprise guests. Tickets go on sale February 21st.
