Meek Mill was the headliner for this year’s Power 99 Powerhouse concert in Philadelphia. During his set, Meek bought out surprise guests Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, French Montana and Jadakiss for a couple tracks. He also performed a new verse for his single ‘Levels’.
